Information collected. The Software may collect and store any information generated by or provided through its use, including account identifiers, settings, reminder and scheduling data, device information, diagnostic and log data, and network metadata, on the user's devices and on servers operated by or for the Developer.

Use. Except as limited below for Google user data, the Developer may use, retain, analyze, adapt, and process collected information for any lawful purpose, including operating, maintaining, improving, and developing the Software, at the Developer's sole discretion, without notice or compensation.

Google user data. MyMail's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Where this section conflicts with any other part of this policy, this section controls for Google user data.

Disclosure. The Developer may disclose collected information to service providers that host or support the Software (for example, cloud infrastructure providers), when required by law or legal process, and to protect the rights, property, or safety of the Developer or others.

Retention. Information is retained for as long as the Developer deems useful, unless deletion is required by law or by the Limited Use requirements above.

Security. Reasonable measures are used; however, no method of transmission or storage is fully secure, and the Developer makes no guarantee of security. Use is at the user's own risk.

Your controls. Users may delete local data by removing the Software and its databases, and may revoke the Software's access to their Google account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Upon revocation and written request, Google user data held on Developer servers will be deleted.
